The year-long modernization project entailed gathering data from Reservation Systems, Salesforce CRM, and Client Central ERP into Snowflake Data Lake and Looker Dashboards.

Key Outcomes


More than 5 billion records have been transferred to the Snowflake Data Lake, accompanied by 14 Looker Dashboards focusing on Sales, Financial, and Operational KPIs.


Implementation of Informatica CDIR for near-real-time data streaming and change capture.
